I don’t know about you, but I am not a big fan of crunches. In the middle of a set, I am invariably thinking about the many things I’d rather be doing. I know crunches have their place, but I’d much rather do a series of yoga poses that works the core in conjunction with the rest of the body. With that in mind, I offer you this crunch-free yoga for abs workout. (Ok, there are a few crunches, but they are very optional.) Wherever appropriate, I’ve offered adaptations for beginner and challenges for the more advanced. Cause abs are for everyone.
