A new addition to the options for instructional yoga mats is now available. The Yoga by Numbers mat, which is being sold through The Grommet, offers people who are new to yoga a way to check their alignment at home. The mat comes with a DVD that teaches 30 basic poses. Founder Elizabeth Morrow also just launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the production of additional videos and podcasts.
