I’ve updated my list of online yoga sites to include Ekhart Yoga, which is very popular in Europe. The site is run by Esther Ekhart, a Dutch yoga teacher. Videos featuring Ekhart and a roster of over 15 other teachers are added daily. I found the quality of the instruction to be very high and was pleased to discover that there are a lot of videos there that will appeal to a more advanced yoga student as well as a beginner.
