Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, who plays the role of Simon Masrani, the owner of the dinosaur park in the movie Jurassic World, feels the success of the movie has turned out to be a blessing for him.

“The success of Jurassic World has come out as a blessing for all of us. I am overjoyed with the response that the film has received in India and abroad. I thank everyone who has contributed to this film and made it such a large success,” Irrfan said in a statement.

Jurassic World has minted over $200 million at the US box office so far.

22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, the story unfolds in a fully functional resort on Isla Nublar that sees more than 20,000 visitors a day. The new park includes a biological preserve, a safari, a zoo, and a theme park-type setting and, of course, unprecedented close access to real, living dinosaurs.

The movie, which also stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in lead roles, is set on Isla Nublar island, the same location as Jurassic Park and is a direct sequel to the 1993 super hit.

Actor Irrfan Khan, who plays Simon Masrani, the owner of the park in Jurassic World, said for his character in the film, the park is not just a means of business but also a means to educate people.

Talking about what really intrigued him about the character, the Piku actor revealed that he was drawn to the billionaire’s spirit and passion.

“Masrani is an entrepreneur, and he has a unique sense of morality. But, Jurassic World is not a place just to earn money. He nurtured John Hammond’s dream and truly wants to educate the common man through entertainment,” Mr Khan said in a statement.

Having sex outdoors may not be your idea of good sexual health and hygiene, but getting fresh while you’re getting fresh air can work wonders for your wellness. Sure, it doesn’t always work as well in real life as it does in the movies (think sand, sticks, insects), and not-so legal (not that we’re advocating doing anything illegal, of course) but, if you were to get the urge, there are benefits that outdoor sex can have to your wellbeing. Sexual anthropologist Dr Bella Ellwood-Clayton asserts, ‘Sex can become monotonous, particularly in long-term relationships. To induce fever into your sex life, get out of the bedroom. Even if you only make it as far as the living room floor, changing the routine makes you more sexually alert.’

That said, try not to get caught, especially by the police. Tracey Cox, author of Superhotsex, notes, ‘Anyone who’s ever had sex outside knows how hot it can be. Just be sensible and you’ll stay out of jail. Assess each situation carefully, stay fully clothed and use props to hide behind, such as a beach umbrella, sarong or picnic blanket.’ And if you’re on holiday, find out the country’s laws about “public relations” as some can be quite strict. Dr Ellwood-Clayton warns, ‘If you’re not aware of the country’s laws and customs, it’s dangerous to engage in behaviour some cultures may consider taboo. My advice? Confine outdoor sex to home soil.’ So, where are the best places to get busy back in Blighty?

1. Party in the Park: Very late in the day, head to the park and find a picnic table. Then, lay on the table while your partner stands in front, and wrap your legs around his waist. According to Tracey Cox, ‘It’s ideal because you’re facing one way, he’s facing the other way, so you can keep watch in both directions.’ Moreover, this position provides perfect stimulation for the A spot, or the smooth, highly sensitive area halfway between your G-spot and cervix.

2. Against a Wall or Tree: With your legs around his hips, wriggle up a large tree trunk or wall, pushing your back firmly against it for support. If you need to, put your arms around his neck and one foot on the ground. For this position, you need to be quick, which is why Jo-Anne Baker, founder of Pleasure Spot, advises using a strap-on butterfly-shaped vibrator to speed up your orgasm. She explains, ‘Obviously, it takes away from the spontaneity, but it’ll rev you up beforehand,’ and it can be easily worn under your clothes.

3. Getting Wet: As your partner sits on the edge of the spa or pool (by the steps), straddle him with your bikini bottoms pulled to the side. That way, you can pretend you’re cuddling or separate in seconds if anyone walks by. Baker directs, ‘Penetration should happen above the water, before you both submerge. This should avoid water used by others getting into the vagina, which could cause an infection.’ If you need to use lube, make sure it’s silicone-based so that it doesn’t wash away.

4. In the Car: Find a secluded spot to park up, and get your partner to scramble onto the backseat first. Emily Dubberley, author of Sex for Busy People, instructs, ‘Facing away from him, sit on his lap with your knees either side of his thighs and clutch the seats in front of you while you bounce up and down. This position lets you control the depth and speed of the thrusts.’ Dr Ellwood-Clayton points out, ‘The back seat is a great option for alfresco novices.’

There’s a reason why the term “fitness freaks” exists; some people just love exercise, and that’s weird. Most of us would rather scrub the toilet than go for a run or lift weights, but the problem is that exercise is vital to your wellbeing. Therefore, fitness trainers and wellness experts face a predicament; how do you get exercise-haters like us to break a sweat? According to Emily McCavanagh, AFAA, owner of Fitness Inspired Training in Boston, it comes down to a simple mind trick: ‘Put aside the concept of exercise as a deliberate, regimented activity that takes place in a gym and requires special clothes and focus on moving more in ways that are either fun or almost effortless.’ So that’s the theory, but how do you put it into practise?

1. Get dressed for the occasion (without realising): If you don’t have to suit up and go into the office today, get dressed in trainers and jogging bottoms first thing – and don’t forget the sports bra. This is a simple step, but it can have a huge impact on how often you get moving. You’re more likely to stretch, bend or jump when the opportunity arises if you’re dressed and ready for it, rather than excusing yourself because your skinny jeans won’t allow for too much movement.

2. Be a big kid: Let’s be honest, we’ve all eyed-up our kids’ trampoline, scooters or slide and thought about giving it a go. Who cares if society dictates you’re too old to play in the park or the back garden and enjoy it? Follow through on the urge to play when it hits you! Having your kids with you can be a great excuse to run around and have fun, but if they’re not there you can still have a cheeky bit of playtime in the garden. Grabbing a skipping rope and jumping for 10 minutes – not necessarily in a row – can help you burn as if you ran three miles. More importantly, it’s more fun!

3. Park as soon as possible: You may spend ages driving round car parks trying to get the space that’s closest to the supermarket, but why waste all that time and effort? Instead, park as soon as you see a space on the edge of the car park, and take a longer walk to the shop. You’ll do your body a world of good, and actually end up saving time that you would have spent hunting around for a prime parking place.

4. Try your hand at stand up: You get up from a chair more times in a day than you can actually count, which makes this a prime opportunity for starting a healthy exercise habit. Every time you get up from now on, don’t use your hands but, instead, stick your arms out straight in front of you at shoulder height. This forces your abs and glutes to engage as you rise from sitting to standing, but not to such an extent that it feels like hard work. This means you’re giving problem tummy and bottom areas a little workout 20 times a day without even noticing.

5. Get that music blasting: You know that feeling when you’re at a wedding with no intention of moving away from the bar, but then your favourite song comes on and suddenly you’re dancing the night way? Get a little of that wedding-reception wisdom into your daily life by blasting a playlist of the songs you love whenever you can. The odds are that you’ll be tapping, twisting and bopping in no time, which will help to raise your heart rate and burn calories. Do it in the car – you’d be amazed how much exercise you can do when sitting in traffic.

After a while, stress can begin to take a major toll on your body. In that case, some people resort to a regimen of painkillers or other drugs; however, there are simpler ways to accomplish stress-relief naturally. In order to keep a clear mind and prevent your body from becoming tense, you must take the necessary time out to relax. Here are five ways to help your body to relax naturally.

Take a nap

Just like young children, adults can also benefit from a daily nap. A short, 20-minute nap will help to revitalize your entire body. Once you awaken, you will feel a lot more optimistic about the rest of your day. A nap is especially important if you did not get a good night’s sleep.

Exercise

A spirited walk around the mall or a short jog around the neighborhood will instantly calm your body. Exercising causes your brain to release a hormone called serotonin, which is effective in elevating a person’s mood. Although you can exercise for as long as you like, working out for at least 30 minutes will be the most beneficial.

Invest in a hot tub

Nothing soothes the body more than a nice, relaxing dip in the hot tub. Whether you have had a long day at work or just feeling a little tense, a quick plunge into a hot tub will relieve any tightness in your body. Unlike a public sauna, a hot tub allows you to unwind in total privacy. Make sure to do your research to find your perfect spas & hot tubs.

Visit a nature park

A nature park creates a peaceful environment where you can allow your mind to escape. If you have been feeling stressed out, a nature park will grant you the opportunity to let your imagination roam free. As you listen to the serene sounds of the wilderness, your will body will begin to go into a state of complete relaxation.

Treat yourself

If you have been craving a strawberry sundae or a juicy steak, do not be afraid to cave into your desires every once in a while. Although it is always a good idea to eat healthy, making a few occasional cheat days won’t hurt and can actually be good for your health. You can also do other pleasurable activities such as going to the movies or attending a sporting event.

The truth of the matter is that no one wants to feel stressed out and worried. Although certain medications do provide some relief, natural stress relievers are far more safe and effective in the long run.
