There’s a lot of bad sexual wellness advice out there, most of which is aimed at women. However, whether they get it from films, magazines or dodgy websites, men also have some fairly shocking sex tips thrown their way. We’ve taken a look at the worst offenders to your sexual wellbeing, and asked sexual health and relationship expert Anna Pulley to comment.

1. Get Down and Chocolatey: Maxim UK once instructed readers, ‘Pop your chap in a jar of Nutella, then present it to your lady. Be rewarded with a very enthusiastic blowjob.’ However, Pulley comments, ‘We’ve been known to joke about boning Nutella before, so we can’t harp too much, but if you present your lady with a brown, gooey dick, she’s going to have questions, and none of those will be, “May I enthusiastically blow you?” Also does this work in reverse? ‘Cause this Hot Pocket in my vagina’s not gonna eat itself.’

2. Sexy Saliva: Men’s Health recommended, ‘After your workout, reinforce her rising T with a sweaty make out session: male saliva has 10 to 15 times more testosterone than the female’s does… So prolonged French kissing may give a woman enough of a boost in testosterone to stimulate her interest chemically.’ But according to Pulley, ‘Yes, it’s definitely your testosterone-laden saliva that’s making us “chemically interested.” If the prolonged French kissing doesn’t seem to be doing the trick, try spitting in her face.’

3. Doggie Style: ‘A woman may want financial and family security, but she does not want passion security,’ says pickup artist site Cheateau Heartiste. ‘In the same manner, when she has displeased you, punish swiftly, but when she has done you right, reward slowly.’ Pulley points out, ‘It works for the Dog Whisperer so it must be true.’

4. The Three Day Rule: Most of us have heard about the three-day rule – ‘Wait three days to call her’ – but it’s often attributed to the movie Swingers. However, Pulley warns, ‘For the love of god, she’s not a sourdough starter. At its core, the three-day rule, enacted so you don’t seem too desperate or eager, makes some sense. Except who calls people anymore, except when you’re locked out of your house or your face is on fire? What if she texts you? Are you going to ignore it until Wednesday because of advice Vince Vaughn gave in the mid-’90s? We know you’re playing it cool, man. We get it. Just tell us when the next bowling date is going down. That’s all we want to know.’

5. Flirt With Other Women: Here’s another corker from Cheateau Heartiste: ‘Flirt with other women in front of her. Do not dissuade other women from flirting with you. Women will never admit this but jealousy excites them. The thought of you turning on another woman will arouse her sexually.’ Pulley admits, ‘Of course women (and men) want their partner to be perceived as desirable to others. But intentionally trying to make your partner jealous is a pathetic power trip used by the most insecure. And no, women “will never admit” it because it’s not true. Just like men “will never admit” they love surprise anal.’

6. Give Less: ‘Give your woman two-thirds of everything she gives you,’ advise Cheateau Heartiste. ‘For every three calls or texts, give her two back. Three declarations of love earn two in return. Three gifts; two nights out. Give her two displays of affection and stop until she has answered with three more. When she speaks, you reply with fewer words. When she emotes, you emote less… In her deepest loins it is what she truly wants.’ It’s not hard to see how this advice is utter rubbish. As Pulley notes, ‘Treating every exchange with women like a manipulative math problem is ¾ stupid, ⅝ sad, and 100 percent guaranteed to make you into an ex variable. Also, did he just call my loins shallow?’

Sex has many benefits to your wellbeing, but those benefits are different for men and women. While both sexes can stand to gain a healthier immune system and better mental wellness from having sex, there are some sexual health benefits that are just for the lads, and just for the lasses.

MEN

1. Prevents Prostate Cancer: According to an Australian study, men who ejaculated more than five times a week were a third less likely to develop prostate cancer. Clinical sexologist Gloria Brame, PhD, explains that this is because disease-causing toxins build up in your urogenital tract, but you flush those bad guys out of your system when you rub one out.

2. Strengthens Your Manhood: You naturally lose muscle tone as you age, and that still applies to your package. However, just like lifting weights can help you retain and build muscle mass, having sex or masturbating regularly gives your pelvic floor muscles a good old-fashioned workout. If you really want to prevent erectile dysfunction and incontinence, you should aim to ejaculate three to five times a week.

3. Strengthens Your Boys: A review published in Sexual and Relationship Therapy found that the semen you produce as a result of actual intercourse is of a higher quality than the swimmers you get from masturbating. However, the review also points out that if you don’t ejaculate for a period as short as five to 18 days, the quality and quantity of your sperm can decrease.

4. Helps You Last Longer: You learn control by mastering your own body. Brame notes, ‘Masturbating an hour before a date will give you more control.’ Ava Cadell, PhD, founder of loveologyuniversity.com, recommends timing how long it takes you to orgasm. If you usually take two minutes when you’re by yourself, Cadell suggests trying for three minutes next time. Alternately, you could try counting how many strokes you need to get to your happy place. If you’re spurting after 50, shoot for 60. Cadell details, ‘Most men can double the number of strokes and the time within one month.’

WOMEN

1. Helps Prevent Cervical Infections: When you orgasm, the orgasms ‘tents’ or opens your cervix and studies are showing that this can provide protection against cervical infections. Joann Ellison Rodgers describes this process in her book Sex: A Natural History, noting that the tenting stretches and pulls the mucous within your cervix, and this allows for a rise in acidity in your cervical fluid. When your cervical fluid is more acidic, more of it can move into your vagina and this increases ‘friendly’ bacteria. Altogether, this lubricates your vagina – which improves sex – and flushes out the unfriendly organisms that can cause infections.

2. Helps Relieve Urinary Tract Infections: If you’ve ever felt a UTI coming on, you may have felt the desire to masturbate. This is because having an orgasm helps to relieve pain and it flushes the old bacteria from your cervix. So masturbating is your body’s way of getting the bacteria out.

3. Lower Risk of Major Health Concerns: Having sex has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and lower risk of type-2 diabetes. A number of studies have found that if you experience more orgasms than average – as well as an overall greater frequency and satisfaction with sex – you are more resistant to coronary heart disease and type-2 diabetes. This is the case whether you enjoy sex with a partner or you go it Han-style (Solo).

4. Increases Pelvic Floor Strength: Ok, this one is similar to the boys, but it’s still worth mentioning. There are many health benefits to having a strong pelvic floor, but the most fun one is that it enhances your sexual satisfaction. So, the more you do it, the more satisfaction you’ll gain.

Sexual infidelity is one of the hardest things to come to terms with. It can impact on your emotional wellness and wellbeing in all kinds of ways, and yet it is sadly all too common. To compound this, it’s just impossible to tell, before getting into a relationship, if a man is likely to cheat.

A new book, Why Men Really Cheat, by psychologist Martyn Stewart, looks to answer that big question with a mixture of analysis, case studies and theory. During the course of the book, we are introduced to different male types, the Swinger (no, not that type of swinger), the Enigma and the Opportunist, and we are guided through a series of case studies. We are also shown some pretty serious maths in the form of equations and algorithms to help us work out which personality types are more likely to be cheaters, and why that might be the case.

The conclusions to the very big question of why people chat are varied, ranging from a fear of missing out on an opportunity, having a compulsive sex drive, requiring immediate gratification and seeking some kind of recognition.

In addition to all this, modern technology is making cheating easier than ever. Society is built on ease and instancy, and this is helping to serve people with selfish needs.

The book also details the types of men to avoid, including the Lad’s Lad (a blokish man who is easily swayed by his friends, gets drunk easily and therefore cheats easily), the Manipulator (a cunning and secretive type of man), the Stupid Mistake man, who acts first and then thinks about the consequences later, the Disdainer – a misogynistic type who lacks empathy or patience and is not supportive of women as a gender. Then there’s the Opportunist, a carefree, hedonistic type who will not go out of his way to have an affair but will certainly grab one that arises.

Men who are on a diet need different nutrition to women who are on a diet. In addition to eating the right type of food, men also need to be more aware of their portion control – good food will benefit their wellness and wellbeing but will not actually help them lose weight unless they only eat a little bit of it!

The portion control meal plan is a diet that is currently sweeping the country, with men seeing some dramatic results. The meal plan was devised by a celebrity personal trainer, and focuses on eating five small meals every day, ensuring that the men who try the diet do not have to go hungry or feel that they are starving themselves, but can still reach their weight-loss goals.

The Monday plan starts with breakfast, which is a slice of rye bread with two tablespoons of peanut butter on top. A mid-morning snack comes in the form of an avocado, which is packed with healthy fats and protein. Lunch is a turkey breast with new potatoes (a small amount) and mange tout. In the middle of the afternoon, a pear and a handful of Brazil nuts should keep the food cravings at bay and boost the body with healthy vitamins and selenium. Dinner is a chicken stir fry made from one chicken breast, bean sprouts, mixed veg and brown basmati rice.

As you can see from this example, the meal plan is low carb and low-fat, and totals at around 1,600 calories for the first day. Tuesday follows a very similar pattern, starting with a bowl of no-added sugar muesli topped with low-fat yoghurt. An innocent smoothie is allowed mid morning, followed by lunch of a chicken breast with a baked sweet potato and a salad of lettuce, tomato and red onion. The afternoon snack is a punnet of blackberries with low-fat yoghurt, and dinner is a grilled salmon steak with spinach, basmati rice and bean sprouts.

The week continues in the same vein, with low-fat meats, healthy fruit and veg and very little in the way of carbs. Men find that the variety and low-calorie nature of the diet allows them to lose weight quickly and healthily.

Your experience of sex changes as you get older; hopefully for the better. Sure, you may not be as energetic or eager as you once were, but you learn more as you go along, and all that experience works wonders for your sexual wellbeing. So, as a warning for you younger men, or as a lovely trip down memory lane for you silver foxes, let’s take a look at the sex lessons you learn when you’re in your 20s.

1. Girls Can Be Bad at Sex: According to Sexual Health and Wellness Writer Mike Sheppard, ‘This is shocking for most guys. At first, the simple fact that you were both naked was all it took. Then there is that one girl who seems to be dangling from the headboard and shrieking profanities for no reason at all. It’s not you. It’s her. This is a very subtle shift that happens at this stage of our lives when we begin to allow ourselves to have likes and dislikes in bed, and not just gratitude. Well, we should still be grateful. But the bottom line is that she can be equally responsible if a hot date ends up turning into a sexual misfire.’

2. You Can Talk About What You Like: ‘You can talk to her during sex?,’ asks Sheppard. ‘Yes. Yes, you can. You can even look her in the eye. Go one step further and you guys can talk about what each of you would enjoy or would rather the other never did again. How else is she supposed to know if she should speed up or slow down? Neither of you are mind readers. And once you open that line of communication in those first years of sexual dalliances, your sex life will get infinitely better. The 20s are about learning what you really like, and this ain’t happening without some talk. Just don’t be a chatterbox.’

3. Fantasies Aren’t Always Fantastic: Sheppard notes, ‘Our teen years are spent imagining all the things we would love to do to women and what we would love to have them do to us. Our 20s can be a sobering reminder that these fantasies can actually be painfully awkward – and just plain painful. You have to try things to learn what works, but this is a great example of something that you will start to get a feel for during those formative years. And the only one that will leave you with emotional and physical scarring.’

4. Drunk Sex Can Suck: It ‘seems impossible to imagine even being sober when you’re having sex in your 20s,’ Sheppard points out. ‘How am I even supposed to relax? But something changes along the way, and you start to notice that too much booze can make a great encounter quickly turn into an awkward and sleepy event. Many guys learn this after they pass out in the middle of sex and wake up to discover they’re now alone in the bed.’

5. You Should Never Sleep With Your Friend’s Ex: Sheppard argues, ‘In our teens, life is like summer camp. People are swapping makeout partners like the cast of Gossip Girl in the span of a single season. But as we enter our 20s, when relationships start to mean a little more, it’s no longer cool to start hooking up with your boy’s ex at the bar two weeks after she dumped him. This is part of growing up.’

6. Your Partner Doesn’t Want a Picture of Your Package: ‘To be honest, some guys never learn this – and some women probably know it all too well,’ Sheppard comments. ‘But for the most part, many men have learned the hard way that this can be a huge mistake (or small mistake, depending on the angle). Bottom line here: You will try it and you will learn what works for you.’

Losing weight can be an extremely difficult and often frustrating experience – especially if you are impatient about seeing results. Soon your motivation begins to waver and suddenly you find that you’re back to your old size. However, with a few tips – courtesy of wellness and fitness writer Evan Campbell – you can sort out your wellbeing once and for all and see those pounds slowly melt away.

1. Picture It: Campbell advises, ‘If you were once the proud owner of six-pack abs but are now on your way to looking like Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor, stop the madness by digging up some photos of yourself (and your former abs) and display them in as many spots as possible, such as at your desk, or in your kitchen. The point of this exercise is to make you so nostalgic for how you once looked and felt about yourself, that you will work toward feeling this way once more. But be forewarned, the first few weeks of seeing yourself in your glory might make you depressed and cause the opposite effect: discouragement. However, once you get over feeling sorry for yourself, the anger will set in and you’ll be on your way.’

2. Get Your Favourite Jeans Out:Campbell recommends, ‘Resurrect your former favourite pair of jeans that you haven’t been able to fit into for months (or years) and hang them somewhere that will force you to see them every day, like your bedroom or bathroom door. They will serve as a constant reminder of how you used to look and of the fact that your current weight is unacceptable.’

3. Plan Ahead: ‘If you’re dead set on regaining your 34-inch waist, go to your favourite clothing store and buy yourself a kick-ass power suit, a stylish fitted shirt and slim trousers, or that belt you’ve been eyeing for a while in a size 34,’ says Campbell. ‘The fact that you invested in these stylish new threads, but can’t wear them, may just upset you enough to start losing weight.’

4. Keep a Log:Campbell comments, ‘So you fell off the wagon and ate that big bowl of ice cream or didn’t go to the gym for five days straight. Get a piece of paper and a pen and write down what you did, why you are now royally pissed off at yourself and what you plan on doing in the immediate future to fix it. Friends often can’t relate to personal weight problems, so a log is a good outlet for your frustration and allows you to come up with concrete solutions.’

5. Get a Workout Buddy: ‘You may have a friend who’s a gym rat and can provide you with all the motivation you need to make your dreams of weight loss a reality,’ notes Campbell. ‘Set up a regular training schedule with this person. The fact that you have someone waiting for you at the gym (and who’s fit, no less) will ensure that you don’t blow it off. Furthermore, as gym buddies you can spot each other.’

6. Hire a Trainer: ‘If you have the money, hire a trainer and pay him in advance,’ Campbell urges. ‘Not only will a trainer get you to show up at the gym and push you to your limit, the often substantial cost of hiring one may just be enough motivation to stick to the programme and lose weight.’

7. Look into Health Risks:Campbell warns, ‘If you are more than 25 pounds overweight, you are not only putting your looks on the line, you are also potentially sabotaging your health. So if the size of your clothes is not motivation enough to lose weight, look into the health hazards you are putting yourself at risk for by being overweight, such as diabetes and heart attack. This fear may just get you to shed those pounds faster than you know – especially if you get a physical and a warning from your doctor.’

Have you hit a plateau in your workout? Sure, your weightlifting routine was helping you to gain muscle mass before, but now that bodybuilding wellbeing has come to a halt and you don’t know why. While changing up your routine can help you get your weightlifting wellness back on track, you may be overlooking another important factor: nutrition. Wellness expert Jacob Franek explains, ‘During a workout, your body breaks down muscle glycogen as well as muscle protein structures. Therefore, following exercise, your body needs to replenish its energy stores and repair muscle tissue to allow for new growth. In order to do this, you’ll need to consume enough carbs to promote substantial insulin release. That’s because it’s your body’s insulin that is responsible for shuttling carbs and amino acids back into the muscles.’ So which foods should you be eating after a workout?

1. Chicken Stir Fry: According to Franek, ‘Chicken is an excellent source of lean protein and other important nutrients like niacin, a B vitamin essential to carbohydrate metabolism. And although brown rice is generally a healthier option than white, after a workout, you actually want to switch to foods with a high glycemic index (GI). These foods will replenish your muscles with glucose more rapidly, so try pairing your stir-fry with white rice instead of brown. Add steamed veggies for additional flavour and nutrients.’

2. Hummus on a Whole-Grain Pita: ‘Most major food guides tell us to substitute meat for alternatives from time to time,’ says Franek. ‘Hummus is just one example of a great alternative to meat. Made from chickpeas, hummus is an excellent source of both protein and carbs. Combine with a whole-grain pita for a complete post-workout punch.’

3. Toasted Whole Wheat Bagel with Almond Butter: Franek points out, ‘Whole-wheat bagels are dense in calories and complex carbs, while almond butter is chalk-full of essential minerals like potassium, an electrolyte responsible for maintaining muscle contractions. Combine the two and you have yourself a dynamite duo even in spite of the fat content of your almond butter. Although fats should generally be avoided following exercise (since they slow absorption of other nutrients), monounsaturated fats like those found in almond butter are helpful in maintaining testosterone, a hormone essential to protein synthesis.’

4. Dried fruits and nuts: ‘Not everyone has time to whip up a full meal within the window of opportunity,’ notes Franek. ‘For men on the go, dried fruits and nuts are a simple solution. Try filling a plastic baggy with this healthy pairing to store in your gym bag for immediate access after your workout. You’ll get a healthy dose of protein from your nuts, plus you’ll get a quick injection of simple carbohydrates from your dried fruits. Simple carbs are easy to digest and will replenish your muscle glycogen quicker than complex carbs, making this simple snack a top post-workout food.’

5. Tuna and Whole-Wheat Crackers: Franek comments, ‘Tuna is low in fat but packed with protein and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. On the flip side, crackers are a crunchy source of energising carbs. If you can, skip the mayo and opt for some fresh lemon juice, olive oil and a little mustard instead.’

6. Salmon, Mashed Potatoes and Salad: ‘Like tuna, salmon is another nutritionally powerful fish packed full of protein and omega-3s,’ Franek asserts. ‘Pairing salmon with a side of mashed potatoes, which are high on the GI, will balance your fish with a hearty serving of glucose-giving carbs. If you’re feeling adventurous, substitute your white potatoes for sweet potatoes which provide a cornucopia of vitamins and minerals at the expense of a few points on the GI. A hearty salad completes the meal and will satisfy your taste buds.’

One of the hottest sexual experiences for a man is watching a woman have an orgasm. It may be a common misconception that for men it’s all about their own end game, but their confidence, and sexual wellness and wellbeing is actually deeply rooted in whether their partner has a good time.

A new study has proved that men really enjoy it when their partner has an orgasm. There are many reasons for this. One is that men like the feeling of a job well done, and get a strong sense of achievement when their partner has an orgasm. In the same way that men like the accomplishment of receiving a promotion at work or winning a game, they crave that sense of achievement between the sheets too.

Men also finds that orgasms bring themselves and their partners closer after sex. When you have an orgasm (male or female), your brain is flooded with a hormone called oxytocin, which makes you feel bonded and connected with your partner. When both partners experience an orgasm, it can help them to feel closer together.

Men also find it very sexy to watch women have an orgasm. Mostly, when they have an orgasm, women lose control a little bit – arching their back or biting their lip or flushing. Men enjoy seeing women enjoy themselves like this, and find it a big turn on. The ‘sex flush’ where a woman’s chest turns pink due to the flood flow is also very sexy to a man.

One of the sweeter reasons that men like women to have orgasms is that they want them to be happy. Cheaper than giving jewellery, giving an orgasm feels pleasurable for a man as he is helping a woman that he cares about (perhaps even loves) to feel happy and satisfied.

They say that, for a healthy sex life, there’s no harm in a bit of fantasising, and sharing those fantasies with you partner. But what exactly are sexual fantasies, how do they occur and how to they impact your sexual health and wellbeing? The Sinclair Intimacy Institute states, ‘Sexual fantasy refers to the mental image of a person, object, or situation, often but certainly not always involving a sexual component. Human sexuality is a dimension of social life that is often rich with many different sorts of fantasies. Sexual fantasies often entail mental scenarios involving persons other than one’s regular partner and include sexual activities considered culturally inappropriate or unacceptable.’

So why do some people have multiple, complicated sexual fantasies, while others don’t fantasise at all? According to the Sinclair Intimacy Institute, ‘People vary considerably in their ability to fantasise and in their enjoyment of this behaviour. Fantasies may supplant reality for some or may serve as a poor substitute of sexual reality for others. Fantasies are often triggered by external stimuli, such as an attractive stranger or an erotic picture, movie, or story.’ If looking at erotica, then, is a main trigger of sexual fantasies, does that mean that men are more likely to have outrageous sexual fantasies than women? Let’s take a look at the gender differences in sexual fantasies:

1. Male Sexual Fantasies: ‘In Western societies, males more often use sexually explicit material as a part of fantasy,’ the Sinclair Intimacy Institute explains. ‘The male fantasy world relies heavily upon novel experiences filled with culturally-defined beautiful women who are always sexually available and free. Pornographic magazines such as Playboy and Penthouse, as well as a wide array of so-called harder publications (because they depict explicit sex acts), attempt to capitalize upon such fantasies.’

2. Female Sexual Fantasies: ‘Females are more likely to prefer erotica with a “softer,” more imaginative side rather than the “harder,” more explicit forms preferred by many males,’ says the Sinclair Intimacy Institute. ‘Women often base their fantasies upon previous sexual experiences and tend to emphasize romance and intimacy. The onset of the women’s liberation movement has created a renaissance in erotic fiction aimed at women by women writers and film makers.’ In fact, in her book Women On Top, Nancy Friday maintains that women have started a sexual revolution for equality and should implement it with a rich fantasy life.

So when are you more likely to fantasise? The Sinclair Intimacy Institute notes, ‘People generally fantasise when engaging in autoerotic sex or masturbation. In his research findings, the prominent sexologist Alfred C. Kinsey reported that fantasy accompanied masturbation for the majority (64%) of females and virtually all males. About 2% of the women in his study sample reported achieving orgasm by fantasy alone. Older females were more prone to fantasise than younger females. Some people, particularly but not solely those from rural areas, have fantasies about sexual contact with animals.’

So if you have a fantasy about a particular sexual practice or activity, does that mean you want that fantasy to become reality? The Sinclair Intimacy Institute argues, ‘While fantasy may enhance actual sexual practices, it should not be assumed that a fantasised behaviour represents an unconscious desire. Thus, some women fantasise about being overpowered or even raped by a man, but this does not mean they actually want to be raped. Similarly, some men fantasise about multiple sexual partners, but would find it emotionally difficult to maintain several simultaneous relationships.’ Fantasies, then, are a way to explore your sexuality within the safety of your own imagination, so you don’t necessarily have to try them out in real life.

There’s a common misconception that foreplay is favoured by women, while men just put up with it in order to get to the good stuff. However, according to a study from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, it was found that while women assumed their partner wanted 13 minutes tops, men claimed that 18 minutes was ideal. Sexual health and wellness expert Judy Dutton, author of REDBOOK’s 500 Sex Tips, argues, ‘It pays to take your sweet time and indulge in the sensual smorgasboard foreplay can be.’ So, to help you tune into his sexual wellbeing, we’ve rounded up some real men who were happy to share their favourite foreplay experiences.

1. De-Robe In Front of Him: John, 40, notes, ‘When Cassie’s in the mood for lovemaking or for reminding me how sexy she is, she makes sure I see her undress. After raising her skirt above her thighs, she removes her stockings, running her hands along her calves as she pulls them down. Then she slowly unbuttons her blouse, giving me sexy looks between each button. Finally, she undoes her bra and cups her breasts as the straps fall off her shoulders. It makes me nuts.’

2. Sext Him: ‘Occasionally she’ll page me and send the message “I want to [bleep] tonight,”’ says Paul, 27. ‘I love getting playful, devilish little notes like this. It lets me know that she’s going to be ready and raring to go when I get home.’

3. Take Him Shopping: Tyson, 28, recalls, ‘Recently my sweetheart got me a gift certificate to Victoria’s Secret. She said, ‘Let’s go shopping — and you can buy anything you want me to wear.’ Being allowed to call the shots on the purchases we made was an amazing turn-on. That shopping spree was one long stretch of foreplay!’

4. Play Footsie: ‘My wife, Laura, plays a world-class game of footsie,’ asserts Bill, 37. ‘She has beautiful feet and wears a lot of high heels. She runs the side of her foot up and down my calf, first on the outside of my leg, then the inside. Then she kicks off her shoes and caresses my legs with her bare feet. Her toes tickle my ankles. If we’re at home or sitting in the dark back booth of our favourite neighbourhood pub, she puts her bare feet in my lap, and…I can’t stand up for a while afterward.’

5. Leave Him a Sexy Note: Mike, 42, remembers, ‘Once when I was putting in long hours at my job, I opened my date planner at work and found a note jotted down on that day’s page that said: “Sex @ 7pm” She must have taken my planner from my briefcase one night and written it in. Needless to say, I was home on time that night!’

6. Grab Your Trench Coat: ‘One night my wife and I were out to dinner and we were sitting at a table, but she wouldn’t take off her coat,’ details Tom, 31. ‘I asked her why and she said she couldn’t — and just stared at me. Turns out, all she was wearing was a trench coat and high heels. I couldn’t even eat; all I could think was, “This is the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen.”’

7. Strut Your Stuff: Mark, 32, comments, ‘Some women quit being sexy for their man after they get married, but Nancy has never stopped showing me how hot she is. She has this special walk that’s just for me, where she slowly struts around, with her hips swaying from side to side. When she comes home from work, she keeps the high heels on for 10 or 15 minutes — long enough so that she knows I’m getting an eyeful of that sexy walk. I want to take her straight to the bedroom.’

While communication is key to sexual health and wellness, sometimes its nice when you surprise your partner with something he likes – and he didn’t even have to ask for it. According to astrologist Kiki T, author of The Celestial Sexpot’s Handbook, your partner’s star sign may influence the kind of moves he’s into, so why not try out Kiki T’s suggestions for your partner’s sign, and surprise him with the best sex he never knew he wanted!

1. Aries: ‘Aries are known to be into fast, aggressive, and rough sex,’ says Kiki T. ‘Try a challenging rear entry position like “bootyful view.” It allows for deeper penetration, and he’ll be in control. Have him sit up on the bed so his legs are extended horizontally. Turn around and straddle him with your back facing him, then extend your legs back so they are behind him, relaxing your torso onto the bed between his feet.’

2. Taurus: ‘The Taurus man is into sensual, slow sex,’ Kiki T asserts. ‘Try missionary. He’ll be able to control the speed, and show his cariñoso side at the same time.’

3. Gemini: Kiki T comments, ‘We like to call these guys the master of the quickie. Try a position like standing up facing each other while he presses you again a wall.’

4. Cancer: ‘Cancers are indecisive and can have split personalities,’ Kiki T explains. ‘They’re either sensual or rough. Try girl on top so that you can take charge in case he decides to constantly switch it up on you.’

5. Leo: Kiki T notes, ‘Leos are very romantic and will take the extra mile to make things comfy for you. Think nice satin sheets and candles…Try a spooning position. It gives plenty of opportunity for him to get touchy-feely, since he’s el romantico.’

6. Virgo: ‘Virgos like to keep it really clean and they are usually the “givers,”’ Kiki T details. ‘Lie on your back, with your legs in the air forming a V-shape—this will give him the chance show off his, um, talents.’

7. Libra: Kiki T enthuses, ‘Libras are just straight on good at everything. He’s going to shine in any position, so try this advanced one: have him pick you up, wrap your legs around his waist, and trust us, he’ll take it from there.’

8. Scorpio: ‘How Scorpions have sex is pretty much how they communicate best with their lovers (i.e. the guy who solves all your arguments in bed,)’ says Kiki T. ‘Try a face to face position. Start off in doggy style, then rotate on your knees so you are facing each other. Looking into his eye is part of the sexual communication that’s intensely sexy to a Scorpio.’

9. Sagittarius: Kiki T points out, ‘These are the most spontaneous of the bunch. So if you’re into public sex, you’ve met your match. Try a standing up position where he enters you from behind while he holds one of your legs up, slightly bent at the knee. For that extra hot public sex-ish feel, tell him to press you up against the window for the thrill of possibly getting caught.’

10. Capricorn: ‘Capricorns are into S&M,’ Kiki T outlines. ‘Try doggy style, but keep your face down on a pillow. The hottest thing for him is to be 100% in control, and this position allows that. Just beware of possible spanking and dirty talking…in which you should probably lay down the law and what you’re not into before you do the deed.’

11. Aquarius: ‘These are the hombres that are into sex toys and props,’ asserts Kiki T. ‘While you’re on top of him, grab your vibrator and rub it on your clitoris. It gives you extra stimulation and it’s a maximum turn on for him.’

12. Pisces: Kiki T concludes, ‘Pisces are great at reading body language, so sex is almost always amazing since he knows exactly what you want and how you want it. They’re also really into role playing. Ride him reverse cowgirl—and for once, throw in the role playing so this position is finally really true to its name.’

Receiving a diagnosis of a serious disease is devastating not only to the patient, but to loved ones as well. Not only is it challenging to deal with the emotional aspects of watching someone you care about deal with the challenges that come with the diagnosis, there are also the challenges associated with providing care for that person. From dispensing medication and providing physical help with daily activities to managing day-to-day household chores as well as the logistical and financial challenges that come with the illness and outside obligations, such as work or children, being a caregiver is more than a full-time job.

Because the value of family caregivers cannot be underestimated, many support organizations and even major medical associations, such as the American Cancer Society, have launched research projects in an attempt to improve support and guidance for those who care for ill or disabled loved ones. Among the many studies over the past decade, one theme has emerged: Men and women approach caregiving differently, and each gender has its own strengths. By understanding these strengths, everyone can become more effective in their roles and better meet their loved ones’ needs.

Communication

It’s no surprise to anyone who has ever interacted with the opposite sex that men and women communicate differently. Decades of research has found that in general, women tend to be more emotional communicators, focusing on the feelings associated with any situation, while men tend to be more action-oriented communicators. Men generally aren’t interested in hashing out a given situation from every angle to determine why something is happening or how they feel about it — they would rather “fix” the problem and move on.

In a caregiving situation, these communication differences often play out in how the caregiver relates to the patient, and how they handle their own emotions. A female caregiver might be more concerned with her loved  one’s emotional state and be more in tune to his or her moods and willing to talk about the feelings that the disease or treatment is creating. A male caregiver, on the other hand, may be more focused on getting the best treatment possible and spend hours researching radiation treatment for pancreatic cancer instead of talking about feelings. While each style has its advantages, it’s important for caregivers to understand that patients need both emotional support and an advocate, and sometimes they just want to cry or vent without  actually taking action — or vice versa.

Assistance

According to the Family Caregiver Alliance, women not only talk about emotions more than men do, they are also more willing to talk about caregiving in general. The FCA notes that women are twice as likely as men to talk with someone else about the burdens of caregiving, whereas men rarely talk to others about their caregiving role in any forum.

However, somewhat counterintuitively, men are more likely to ask for help with caregiving than women are. The tasks associated with caregiving, including actual hands-on care of the patient as well as other responsibilities, take up a lot of time. Men are less likely than women to leave their jobs to become full-time caregivers and therefore rely more heavily on outside assistance such as housekeepers or visiting nurses to manage all of the responsibilities.

Some experts note that this willingness to ask for help is often a good thing, as women can take on the additional responsibilities of caregiving at a detriment to themselves. In fact, between both sexes, caregiving can have a negative impact on relationships, finances, personal activities and careers, but men’s willingness to ask for help lessens the severity of the impact in some cases.

Personal Health

Another common problem among caregivers of both sexes is neglect of personal health. The demands of caregiving often mean neglecting one’s own doctor’s appointments, not exercising or eating right or working through illness. Women tend to do slightly better in this regard, as they tend to be more concerned with health in general, but both sexes do tend to see a decline in personal health when they take on a caregiving role.

Because caregiving places such significant physical, emotional and financial demands on any caregiver, it’s important to provide them with support. There is a growing awareness of the need to provide specialized support to male caregivers, who are still among the minority despite their growing numbers. In short, whether you are male or female, if you are caring for someone else, the best thing you can do is ask for help, get the support you need and avoid doing everything yourself. Do that, and everyone’s needs will be met.

It’s assumed that men will enjoy any kind of sex, good or bad, and to a certain extent this is kind of true. Men are wired to be more easily gratified in the bedroom than women, but there are ways that men prefer to be turned on and when pressed, these are their favourites. There are specific moves that women perform that drive men wild – here are the top three techniques and positions they enjoy the most, and the good news is that they’re really easy to learn.

Let him watch you

Men are turned on by visuals, so letting him watch you move in a way that’s guaranteed to excite him is a sure fire way to get him aroused. Some men say that watching a woman climax is the ultimate form of arousal for them, and it’s such an easy thing for a woman to do! Few women realise that they can use the discrete masturbatory techniques they normally hide to turn their partner on, but you won’t be disappointed when you do. Next time that you’re in the mood and your partner isn’t feeling it, slip into some sexy lingerie and set yourself into a position he can clearly see, with your legs bent and begin touching yourself. As he sees you getting more aroused, the effect will wear off on him as well. You can guarantee that he’ll be interested in having sex in no time at all!

Stand up your man

Men loved to be stroked, fondled and handled by a woman who knows what she’s doing, so take control of the situation in the bedroom and turn each other on in the process. If he’s having trouble getting an erection, rub a small amount of lubricant or oil onto your hands and place one of your hands firmly around the base of his penis. Slowly and gently work the other hand up from the base to the head in a circular way. Caress the head of the penis with your palm, then begin from the base and start again. You can also pay attention to his testicles if he’s sensitive in this area, as well as the perineum which many men enjoy being stroked or having light pressure being applied to. You may find it arousing for him to gently rub this area with your thumb or forefinger as you stroke the shaft of his penis.

Take matters into your own hands

Hand jobs are one of the best things you can do for your partner, and if you do it right he won’t be disappointed by your efforts! Two hands are always better than one, so begin by lubricating your hands and clasping them around his penis, with your fingers interlaced. Move your hands firmly but gently in one long twisting motion, then repeat it on the way down. When he’s got an erection, you can clasp your hands at the top of the shaft and gently pulse your hands to increase and release the pressure around the head. Finally, when he’s ready to climax, you can help him along by continuing the pressure trick but with your hands around the penis entirely, not just the head, and stroking the underside of his penis as well. He won’t be able to replicate it in the same way himself and so it will be a mind-blowing trick that you can add to your sexual repertoire to really turn him on.

For men, anti-ageing wellness can be a little embarrassing. You have just as much need to take care of your wellbeing as your female counterpart, but there still seems to be some sort of misplaced stigma about men who look after their appearance and body. This is why many men just use the products their wives or girlfriends buy, but Shonagh Walker, award-winning wellness journalist and author of Cellulite My Arse!, argues that this is a major wellness mistake. So why is it a bad idea to use your partner’s skincare products?

1. You have thicker skin: ‘A guy’s complexion is a little more rough and ready than a woman’s,’ Walker explains. ‘As such, you need your products to pack a little bit more punch, while still addressing your specific skin care needs. As such, you want to buy formulas that are specifically created for men.’ It’s not just the thickness of your skin that makes you different to your wife or girlfriend; the hormones going on beneath the skin’s surface also means you need a different approach to skincare: ‘You…have more testosterone than the girls, which is sometimes linked to oiliness and blemishes,’ says Walker. ‘So, you might want to find a mattifying product or oil control product and add it to your skin care regime.’

2. You’re a big, hairy man: Walker points out, ‘You have growth that comes out of your face every day and it can cause all kinds of skin issues. Firstly, you are prone to shaving rash, so you need products that have built in calming properties into the formula. Secondly, as you’re shaving the hair daily, or at least a few times each week, you might become prone to ingrown hairs, which can not only be unsightly, but they can also be quite painful.’ She advises, ‘Look for a quality exfoliating product in your chosen skin care regime, or at least a cleanser that has glycolic acid in its formula to help keep the hair follicle unclogged and allow for the hair to grow through freely.’

3. You’re more sweaty: It’s just a fact that men sweat more than women, as is the unfortunate truth that your skin is exposed to bacteria, pollution and oil. According to Walker, if these three toxins ‘are allowed to stay put on your skin, they can get all blended up with your sweat, clog your pores and lead to blackheads and acne. You need quality cleansers designed to counteract this and as mentioned above, a really great exfoliating product.’

4. You age more slowly: Ok, the first three points didn’t perhaps paint male skin in the best light, but the good news is that you age more slowly than your female partner – you lucky thing. As a man, ‘your skin tends to stay strong, firm and unwrinkled for longer than women’s,’ Walker notes. ‘As such, you really don’t deserve to be helping yourself to our super expensive anti-ageing formulas.’ In fact, Walker asserts that you can probably get by with a cheaper, effective formula and a really great sun block – what a win!

5. You don’t wear make-up: Again, this is one area of skincare and beauty where men win out. Not having to wear make-up means you won’t need as many ingredients that work to counter the effects of make-up. You also don’t have to go through the entire rigmarole that women do with twice daily cleansing. However, Walker adds that you still need to cleanse every day, so you can’t get away with it that easily.

We’ve long heard of female queries regarding sex and it’s many surrounding topics, but rarely do we hear what men have to say on the matter. Men, it seems, have just as many questions and worries about sex, from what they look like to the opposite sex when they’re in the nude to how to navigate those sexual fantasies that are a little more difficult to fulfil. There aren’t issues to be worried about though, so here are a few of the more common questions the male portion of the human race have regarding sexual antics.

How do I minimise my chances of getting caught having sex in public?

Sex in public may be one of the more common sexual fantasies, but that’s not to say it’s easy or particularly safe, legally speaking. While it would be less of a risk to stay cooped up indoors every time you want to have sex, that’s not always the fun option so combining the two is the best option for a fun-filled sex life. Choosing your location wisely is the most important factor of sex outdoors, so don’t choose anywhere busy or where you’ll be caught in broad daylight. You need to choose somewhere quiet, unseen and more private – preferably, in a place with some cover so you can react quickly if you do get interrupted by a passer by!

Do women find the male member aesthetically pleasing?

People have always been of the opinion that men are more visually stimulated than women, but it’s a common question as to whether or not the penis is something that actually turns women on from a visual perspective. But studies show that that’s not actually true – women are more stimulated by visual cues than men. Women get turned on by basically anything sexual, and that goes for the male body as well. So men don’t need to worry that their naked body will be a turn-off – research suggests that the opposite is true!

Why does a woman’s mouth taste different after she’s had an orgasm?

Around 80 per cent of what we interpret as taste is actually smell, and research shows that smell changes along with one’s physiological state. Sexual arousal actually dulls your sense of smell, but post-orgasm your sense of smell and taste becomes keener. Furthermore, panting also makes a difference to a person’s breath, as there are anaerobic bacteria living on the back of the tongue which produce fumes naturally. Even in a healthy mouth, there may be some of these bacteria hanging around. Another theory is that certain hormones, such as oxytocin and cortisol, get released during orgasm and these can change taste sensitivity. It’s also been found that certain levels of arousal can change taste sensitivity, so these things combined can make a person’s mouth taste different pre and post-orgasm.

Does a woman’s orgasm get more intense if she has her feet in the air?

This may be a myth in terms of the female body, but it’s not been proven by science just yet. Certain positions don’t reduce or increase your risk of cutting off circulation, so there isn’t any proof that putting your feet in the air during sex makes orgasms more likely. However, certain positions do increase the stimulation to the nerve pathways in your pelvic region so this may be where the myth has stemmed from. There’s certainly no harm to this way of having sex though, so if it works for some then that’s great!

A lot of weight loss articles are aimed at women, but what about men who want to shed a few pounds? Stubborn fat affects everyone’s wellbeing, so male diet wellness shouldn’t be ignored. If you are a man looking for a shortcut to losing weight, we’ve got a list of the top fat-burners for you. These foods will rev up your metabolism, whether for better, more confident looks, or a reduced risk of heart diseases and type 2 diabetes.

1. Oats, Whole Grains and Milk: These foods work well together, so we’re discussing them at once. Oats, whole grains and milk are fortified with complex carbohydrates, lots of fibre and calcium – all of which help with weight loss. Fibrous complex carbs keep your metabolism at top speed and keeps insulin levels in check, meaning that your body will not store extra calories as fat. Moreover, these foods are burned off slowly, giving you a time release of energy and helping you feel fuller for longer. As all three of these foods kick-start your metabolism, you should eat them as part of your breakfast.

2. Cayenne pepper, Jalapenos and Habaneros: All of these spicy foods contain capsaicin, which is a chemical that increases your heart rate. In the 80s, a study showed that eating at least one spicy meal a day increases your metabolism by as much as 25%. More recently, researchers in Quebec showed that not only does one spicy boost your metabolism; it also helps your body to burn more calories for the next three hours. In fact, adding more spice to your food, or choosing spicy snacks in between meals, can help you burn an extra 1000 calories per day.

3. Coffee and Green Tea: The reason why these two are clubbed together is that they provide the same results in the same way, albeit through different channels. Both coffee and green tea increase your metabolic rate, but coffee does this through caffeine and green tea achieves this thanks to EGCGs. Researchers has found that consuming three cups of either beverage every day helps you to burn an extra 80 calories – even without doing any physical activity. Scientists also note that men who drink a cup of coffee roughly two hours before going to the gym are able to work out for longer. Plus, your body uses up more oxygen in the process, meaning that you build up on more lean muscles, and that again helps to burn fat cells.

4. Lean cuts of meats: Lean pork, beef, chicken and turkey are all high in protein, and red meats contain iron and zinc. These two minerals help men to build muscle effectively, which means that, contrary to popular opinion, eating red meat will help you lose weight faster – as long as you opt for lean cuts. Compared to complex carbs, the protein coming from meats takes longer to be digested and broken down by your body, meaning that your body uses up more calories to break down the food. There has been extensive research into this topic, the best of which reveals that men who eat 20% more protein as compared to carbohydrates burn almost twice as many calories as those who eat just carbs. While white meat is still a great source of protein, lean red meat is more often recommended for men. This is because lean red meat is the best natural source of creatine you can find. Creatine is amazing for helping you build muscle, and, for men, the top fat burning foods will obviously include foods that help build bigger muscle.

Small penis syndrome, a psychological condition in which a man thinks his manhood is too small, affects many men. But is it something to actually worry about? British researchers found that 63 per cent of men complained about having a too-small penis, but that of all the men interviewed, none of them actually had a penis that was smaller than normal. A ‘normal’ penis measures in the region of 5.5 and 6.2 inches long, and 4.7 and 5.1 inches in girth. But even if your penis doesn’t fall into this category, the real question on a number of men’s minds is what a difference it makes to their sexual capabilities and their relationship.

Well, it seems to be good news on that front as well – 85 per cent of women reported that they were happy with their partner’s size. It’s not to say that women across the board don’t care about what men have ‘down there’, but it doesn’t seem to be the overriding feature of a great sex partner either. Sexual satisfaction appears to take a number of other factors into account before penis size is even mentioned. It’s a myth, possibly promoted through the porn industry, that women crave a large penis – large penises don’t instantly equate to an orgasm, and penis size can even skew a woman’s ability to achieve orgasm. In fact, for many women, having a large penis stops a lot of men from even trying in bed, assuming that getting an erection is the most they need to do to be a great lover. It doesn’t work this way though, and effort is always much more appreciated than assuming all you have to do is turn up to be great in the bedroom.

Usually when women complain about a man’s penis size, it’s that they’re also not having orgasms – because if they’re getting orgasms out of the sexual experience, they generally aren’t bothered about what size your penis is. But if you’re still worried about it, why not try mixing things up in the bedroom and aiming for positions which increase penetration and clitoral stimulation? try placing her legs on your shoulders when you’re in the missionary position, or enter her from behind when she’s on all fours. While length may not be an issue, it seems that girth is something women look for – the thicker the penis, the better, according to a number of women. This is because the greatest number of nerve endings are in the lowest part of the vagina, so when a thick penis pushes past the labia and into the lower vaginal walls, the sensation is more pleasurable. But that doesn’t mean that men with thinner penises are never going to satisfy a woman – penetrating whilst moving your hips in a circular position can increase this pleasurable sensation. Being thrusted by someone with a massive penis is actually painful for a lot of women, so it’s not on the wish list for most females. Men compare themselves to what they see in porn, but most women aren’t looking for that kind of physique. And another thing, men look at themselves from above, so their penis always looks smaller to them than it does to their partners.

Personality, as it always has been, is far more important to women than physical appearances – and that’s something to remember, regardless of what size you are.If you’re worried about your penis size, it may be worth looking into counselling to improve your confidence in the bedroom and to help you accept your body the way it is.

The human body has long been a subject of curiosity, but you may be surprised to learn that in terms of evolution, mice could actually be more highly evolved than men in one certain regard – nipples. Whereas men develop a pair of nipples that serve no purpose other than offering slight interest on the chest area, male mice don’t have these markings. In fact, among stallions and male platypuses, mice are among a small cluster of mammalian species that don’t leave the womb with nipples. During early pregnancy, both male and female mice embryos form mammary tissue, which is the foundational tissue that becomes fully-fledged nipples.

In 1999, Yale researchers identified the protein which is responsible for removing the nipples in male mice. In male mice, PTHrP signals the mammary cells to form male hormone receptors, which destroy the tittie and leave male rodents nipple-free. Male humans, however, undergo a similar embryonic process but without the mammary tissue breakdown. After three to four weeks, all embryos develop parallel mammary ridges known as milk lines before 23rd chromosomes, XX or XY, adapt the sexual dimorphisms. As the foetus grows, these milk lines extend to the top of the chest and the lower abdomen recede and just leave a pair of nipples behind, along with the milk-producing glands known as lobules, ducts and the fatty tissue in between. Without a protein such as PTHrP stepping into action to trigger the hormonal roadblocks like it does within certain rodents and mammals, human embryos are built the same way in the breast region.

The best explanation for men having nipples is that all embryos, irrespective of gender, start out with them and evolution hasn’t gone far enough yet to remove them off our male counterparts. Because nipples and healthy breast development are so closely linked with female success in the reproductive department, it’s believed by evolutionary biologists that the adaptive pressure to wean out male nipples simply wasn’t strong enough. Because male nipples don’t really have a purpose beyond the decorative, to put them in the same category as the appendix, wisdom teeth and other useless anatomy would be a technical mistake.

After all, men’s nipples can’t be relegated to the evolutionary rubbish bin if they can produce milk, which they can! While it may seem absurd, it’s not as far-fetched as it may seem – the hormone prolactin, which facilitates breast milk production, can pass through the placenta into an infant’s body, and after birth that in utero prolactin can cause a newborn to spontaneously lactate regardless of whether it’s a boy or a girl, as both genders have the same breast anatomy during the foetal development stage. This phenomenon is known as witch’s milk and often stops after a few weeks. Evolutionary biologists have long wondered why nipples have remained on the male body for so long given they minimal purpose. Some consider them to be a leftover and, as such, one of the useless parts of the body. The future, highly evolved man could be nipple-free, along with wisdom teeth and the appendix being thrown in the body part bin. After all, in terms of evolution, we’re still only babies – the human race has a long way to go, having only been on the planet a short while in comparison to some other species. Only time will tell if the men of future generations develop in this way.

If you want to achieve optimal health, you need to be on top of a combative regimen rather than sitting around waiting for a disease to occur. When you hit your 30s and beyond, it’s easy to put off good nutrition and exercise, and doctor visits are reserved for the occasional injury of cold rather than vitamin programmes and preventative tests. But investing into your health as you would for other areas of your life is the wise decision. Diet and lifestyle choices have got progressively worse in many countries over the past few decades, so it’s your individual responsibility to make the healthy choice for your body. The best place to start is at your dinner table, or better yet at the supermarket. There are great ground rules that you can stick to help you make healthier choices. Focus on fruit and vegetables, as well as healthy proteins such as lean meats and legumes. Studies show that people who follow diets with at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day show decreased risks of cancer and heart disease. Your dietary habits may well change as relationships, work schedules and children enter your life, but this basic set of rules will help you take stock of your diet and make healthier choices., whether you’re at home or work.

On top of your diet, you need to be exercising more as it takes on a greater importance in your 30s. As your hormones, including testosterone and growth hormones, begin to decline in your 30s, so exercise is a natural antidepressant and stress reliever, as well as helping to lower your risk of cancer. Most patients stop exercising because they feel they don’t have time, or because they choose an exercise that they don’t like, but there are so many to choose from and always a way to find time to fit it into your schedule. You simply need to start with small time commitments, and then increase it as exercise becomes more of a fixture in your routine. The next step in terms of prevention is to look at your family history – are there any worries or health risks you should be preparing for? Focus on your parents, siblings and grandparents, then look at what sort of illnesses affect your family. Are there certain types of cancer, or a history of stroke or heart disease? Consider the age that they became ill with these conditions as well, as it may be an indicator of when you’re more at risk.

These are all factors which will influence your preventative strategy, so it’s vital information. If there are illnesses you think you’re more at risk of, you should speak to your GP about screening and ways to lower your risk. After your 30s, this is the time you want to hold onto your health and prevent any energy slips. Improving your health during this decade significantly alter the next 40 years of your life. You may notice more aches, lose stamina and even face more serious health risks, but keeping up your exercise and nutrition will help to avoid this as much as possible. As with your 30s, many of your hormones begin to decline even further, so your exercise regime takes on an even more important role. Consider classes at your local fitness club or work out with a trainer to keep your motivation up. Supplements can be useful in keeping vital nutrients in your diet too, such as fish oils, multivitamins and Coq10 which is a powerful antioxidant that offers positive effects on your health.
